Redmond Morres and Elizabeth Lodge

Francis and Catherine Morres' son, Redmond Morres Esq., was a barrister and Member of Parliament for Dublin during 1761-68 and 1773-76. His wife Elizabeth was another heiress, the only (surviving?) daughter of Francis Lodge of Dublin. Their eldest son, Lodge Evans Morres, (d.1822) became Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland and was consequently created Baron Frankfort of Galmoy in 1800 then Viscount Frankfort de Montmorency in 1816.¹⁾
