Sydney and Florette Herring
Syd and Florette's only child was christened Florette Ruth Diana, but always known as Diana (23 October 1911- 5 November 1993). Like her grandmother Florence Murray-Prior, Diana was a talented singer. In 1947, Diana married, secondly, Brian Fleming. They had two daughters and one son Robert Brian Edgar Fleming (2 February 1951 - 5 June 2012). Brian Fleming documented his wife's family history; photos and documents from his collection have been used in this history.
Ethel and Roy Butler's children
1. Bertram 1918-43. In December 1931, Rosa Praed left him a considerable amount of her literary estate: a Queen Ann writing bureau and chair, bookcase, typewriter, various books, notebooks and unfinished works, plus £50 to cover transport costs;1)
2. William (Bill) 1912-71, married Elizabeth (Betty) Munroe, and had 3 children;
3. Florence, 1914-63, married C.H.(Harry) Percy and had 2 children;
4. Douglas (1916-76) was one of Mary M-P's godchildren (and step-grandson), receiving a £200 legacy from her in 1924.2); and
5. Pauline (25 June 1923 -??), married Ken Cunningham and had 3 children.3)

Francis (Frank) and Madge Jardine's children
Francis (Frank) Alexander Lascelles Jardine and his wife Madge Dorothy Ellen Jardine (nee Blackman) had one child:
1. Murray Hugh Lascelles Jardine, b. 23 July 1925 in Brisbane and died in october 2004. He married Alma Glenise Byrne in Warwick, Queensland on 3 July 1950. She was born on 2 November 1925 in Fortitude valley, Brisbane, and died on 22 January 2002 (late of Toowoomba). They had two daughters.4)
